This is a very informal event. Our theme is camping out for Camp Rotary, blue jeans and casual attire is the order of the day. Check out our photos from prior years to get a feel of what the crowd is wearing to the event.

Single ticket, floor table, and mezzanine table purchases do not include dinner. Dinner is provided if you are sitting at a premier or sponsor table. See the tickets page for complete details. Food & beverage tokens will be available at the event for $2 each and are good at all event food and beverage vendor booths.

Yes. We will have vegetarian meal options through our event food vendors. Please ask one of our volunteers for vegetarian options. If you are seated at one our premier or sponsor tables, please contact us by phone or email through the website to order a vegetarian meal in advance.

We allow entrance to anyone with a ticket who is at least 18 years of age.

This is an adult event and is not suitable for young children.

Single ticket seating is at open (non reserved) tables on the floor or on the mezzanine. There is no bleacher seating at this event. We will have several tables available for open seating. These tables will be on a first come first served basis, so please arrive early for the best seating.
